WRCLW Baltic Porter Salty Caramel NITRO<\/h3>\n

The intense, malty aroma of the Baltic Porter extractive base is enhanced by the addition of caramelised sugar in the form of roasted caramel and non-iodised rock salt. In this way, we have created an exceptionally delicious and aromatic combination, which is bound into a dessert-like whole by the velvety texture obtained through nitrogen saturation!<\/p>\n

To the extractive base of the Baltic Porter we added extremely aromatic Madagascar vanilla sticks, roasted hazelnuts and coffee beans from our local roastery – Czarny Deszcz! In this way, we have created an incredibly delicious combination, which is bound in a dessert whole by a velvety texture obtained thanks to nitrogen saturation!<\/p>\n

Imperial Stout B.A. is our birthday tradition – this year we used the addition of peanut butter and Four Roses<\/span><\/span> Bourbon barrels, which gave the aromas of vanilla, coconut, spices and of course – American whiskey! Nitrogen saturation smoothed out its texture and perfectly blended with malty aromas, creating incredibly tasty, dessert effect!<\/span><\/p>\n

Brewed to try to emulate the worldwide breakfast treasure – French toast. We recreated all the traditional flavors by adding milk sugar (lactose), maple syrup, Madagascar vanilla beans and a touch of cinnamon.\u00a0 Finally, we saturated it with nitrogen to enhance the dessert feeling and top the beer with fine bubble foam.
