DRIPPING is our newest Pastry Sour Ale brewed with a fluffy base composed of oatmeal, wheat and lactose, then conditioned with lots of mango and passion fruit puree with a bit of coconut flakes. A perfect combination of fruity-lactose sweetness and acidity enriched with aromatic notes of ripe mango, sour passion fruit and coconut. “Crowned” with an intense orange color and long-lasting foam.<\/p>\n

Dripping Pastry Sour Ale Mango | Passion Fruit | Coconut<\/h3>\n

Sweet and sour fruit bomb enriched with mango, passion fruit and coconut. The addition of lactose effectively counteracts the acidity coming from the fruits and wort acidification in the kettle. The whole is \u201ccrowned\u201d with an intense orange color, and topped with long-lasting foam. Deceptively reminiscent of a multivitamin juice. Extremely juicy and drinkable tropical blend!<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Malts \/ extract: <\/strong><\/p>\n

Simple but fluffy. A decent mix of barley, wheat malt and flaked oats.<\/p>\n

Hops:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Into this beer we add just a little bit of German Hersbrucker hops.<\/p>\n

Bacteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n

This beer was kettle\u202fsoured\u202fwith our house\u202fLactobacillus strain. We let the bacteria work
\novernight to low the final pH of the beer just before boiling.<\/p>\n

Additives:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Conditioned on may many kilograms of mango and passion fruit purees and home roasted
\ncoconut flakes. Brewed with addition of lactose.<\/p>\n
