Untamed Double Berliner Weisse Raspberry | Blackberry | Vanilla<\/h3>\n

Untamed is our brand new DBW (Double Berliner Weisse) conditioned on insane amounts of Raspberry and Blackberry puree and our very best Madagascar Vanilla beans. Thick, sweet & sour, full of berry goodness and with just enough Vanilla so you can feel it but without crossing into the \u201cpastry\u201d territory.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Malts \/ extract: <\/strong><\/p>\n

Simple but fluffy. A decent mix of barley, wheat malt and flaked oats.<\/p>\n

Hops:<\/strong>
\nInto this beer we add just a little bit of German Hersbrucker hops.<\/p>\n

Bacteria:<\/strong>
\nThis beer was kettle\u202fsoured\u202fwith our house\u202fLactobacillus strain. We let the bacteria work
\novernight to low the final pH of the beer just before boiling.<\/p>\n

Additives:<\/strong>
\nInsane (like for real, a lot) amounts of tart raspberry and sweet Blackberry purees. We left a bit
\nmore of fruit in suspension that in our regular Berliner Weisse this time to keep a bit more of
\na thick and smooth body.<\/p>\n

Vanilla:<\/strong>
\nAging with the best quality Madagascar vanilla beans complements the dessert character of this
\nbeer, increasing a bit the perception of sweetness and combines well with its fruity character.<\/p>\n
