\u00a0Bangin` Grapefruit West Coast IPA<\/h3>\n

Dry, bitter and… loaded with intense hoppy, citrus and tropical aromas! Meet our newest IPA in the truly old-school West Coast style with roots going back to the very beginning of the beer revolution. In this arrangement, its bitter taste has been emphasized with grapefruit zests that also enrich its aroma profile. Don’t wait and drink it while it’s fresh!<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Malts \/ extract: <\/strong><\/p>\n

15\u2070Plato combined with a properly conducted mashing process gave a brilliant dryness. Low final extract allows the bitterness to come to the fore. The background for it is a very simple mash consisting only of barley malt. Pure simplicity – this base is its quintessence.<\/p>\n

Hops:<\/strong><\/p>\n

A classic hop combination consisting of Amarillo, Simcoe and Citra varieties. All well known and loved since the very beginning of the beer revolution.<\/p>\n

What aromas did they introduce to the beer?<\/p>\n

Amarillo: citrus, orange;<\/p>\n

Simcoe: pine, citrus;<\/p>\n

Citra: tropical fruit, lime.<\/p>\n

So get ready for a tasting filled with citrus and tropical notes!<\/p>\n

Yeast:<\/strong><\/p>\n

We used our house top fermentation strain with a neutral profile and high attenuation.<\/p>\n

Additives:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The unique citrus aroma was intensified with the sizable addition of grapefruit peels added using a HOP GUN device during the lagering stage. Apart from the aroma, this addition also resulted in a natural haze in the beer which translates into its brilliant appearance in the glass.<\/p>\n

Best when it`s fresh!<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Such intensely hopped beers tastes insanely, especially fresh! Hop aroma decreases over time. Therefore, treat this beer with particular care, keep it in a dark and very cool place (the fridge will be a good solution) and do not wait \u2013 drink fresh!<\/p>\n
