{"id":6219,"date":"2021-03-11T08:48:30","date_gmt":"2021-03-11T07:48:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/100mostow.pl\/en\/?page_id=6219"},"modified":"2021-03-11T08:57:35","modified_gmt":"2021-03-11T07:57:35","slug":"art42","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/100mostow.pl\/en\/art42\/","title":{"rendered":"ART+42"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Art 42 is a beer made out of &#8230; love for New Zealand hops!<\/p>\n<p>We brewed it together with the Warsaw brewery <strong>Funky Fluid<\/strong> as one of the two cooperative beers that will soon appear in our offer.<\/p>\n<p>The basis of the first of them &#8211; <strong>Art 42 New England Double IPA<\/strong> is simple, and was made of barley malt and oat flakes. We obtained an extract at the level of 18\u2070Plato ensuring the proper smoothness of the beer. Thanks to a slightly higher extract, we also create a perfect base for more intense hopping, thus enhancing its juiciness. In order to achieve the impression of drinking a hoppy juice, we increased the extract to 18\u2070Plato, which provided it with adequate smoothness and softness, thus created an ideal base for more intensive hopping.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hops:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Together with the extract, we also increased the amount of hops. You can definitely feel it in the aroma, the intensity of hop-derived fruity notes hits you from the moment you open the can.
