It`s a sour beer style derived from Goslar in Germany. In its production process, salt and coriander were traditionally used to obtain fulness, delicate minerality and spiciness. Modern brewing went a step further and set a new way by adding fruits to the traditional GOSE base. Amazingly aromatic, juicy, sour beer with full body and smooth texture!<\/p>\n\n

SALAMANDER Raspberry & Peach Gose<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Gose is a sour beer style derived from Goslar in Germany.\u00a0In its production process salt and coriander were traditionally used to obtain fulness,\u00a0delicate\u00a0minerality and spiciness. Modern brewing went a step further and set a new path by adding fruits to the traditional GOSE base. Amazingly aromatic, juicy, sour beer with full body and smooth texture!<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Malts: <\/strong><\/p>\n

It`s a session beer, which means that it`ll work well during long summer evenings and also as a daily beer for fruity beer lovers.\u00a0We`ve used a barley and wheat malts as a base and add wheat flakes to give a smooth structure and fullness.<\/p>\n

Hops:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hops are not playing an important role in this beer. We`ve used german Taurus to add a small hint of bitterness.<\/p>\n

Fruits:<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the foreground in this beer is the composition of fruit. Raspberry juice not from concentrate (NFC) brought intense raspberry and light stone notes. Peach puree perfectly developed the entire complexity of fruit esters both from fermentation and from the fruit itself. The sweetness of the fruit conquers the base fullness of beer. A fruit bomb!<\/p>\n
