The origins of Browar Stu Most\u00f3w are unusual, just like the beer to be brewed in it.<\/p>\n

The idea to start up a brewery was born in our minds and hearts in 2012 and has been slowly maturing ever since, like an old craft ale.<\/p>\n

Shortly after carrying out a careful market analysis we went into talks with potential partners. First at the international food fair in Poznan, and then at a beer industry trade fair in Germany.<\/p>\n

There we established contact with company BrauKon which embraced the philosophy of our brewery and provided us with state-of-the-art, top-quality equipment for making craft beer.<\/p>\n

Our dream came true in 2014. For the seat of our brewery we chose Wroclaw. A city with a rich brewing tradition. A city of encounters and a hundred bridges. It is the bridges that gave name to our brewery, located at 2 Jana D\u0142ugosza Street, whose spirit and body are pure Wroclaw.<\/p>\n

At Browar Stu Most\u00f3w we want to brew beer that will build the most beautiful of bridges. Between people, cities and countries. Between history, present and future.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
