WILD No. 13 Bi\u00e8re de Soif refermented with Red Regent and Rondo grapes Blend 2021<\/h3>\n

This beer drinks really close to some of our\u00a0<\/span>favourite<\/span>\u00a0French \u201c<\/span>glou<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>glou<\/span>\u201d P\u00e9t-Nat<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0wines<\/span>. Filled with<\/span>\u00a0cherry and red fruits<\/span>\u00a0aromas<\/span>\u00a0balanced with a<\/span>\u00a0slight<\/span>\u00a0tartness and funk<\/span>\u00a0notes<\/span>. Delights<\/span> with a vibrant cherry color topped with a pinkish, long lasting foam<\/span>. Unpasteurised and so changing with time – perfect for refermentation and long aging!<\/p>\n

WILD No. 12 Bi\u00e8re de Soif Peach & Cherry Blend 2021<\/h3>\n

In the bottles of the latest beer from the WILD series we have sealed a blend of our barrel aged Saison and super aromatic “Inka” peaches and “\u0141ut\u00f3wka” cherries. The beer owes to them not only a wonderful aroma but also a beautiful “rose” color with a small but long-lasting white head. Ends with a truly wild & funky aftertaste. This is the beer we dream to drink in these fresh early spring days. Voil\u00e1<\/i>!<\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Processed from our beloved WRCLW Pils base recipe and inoculated with wild Brettanomyces mix and dry hopped with German, noble hop varieties Hallertau Blanc and Mittelfruh. Crisp, clear and clean in profile lager with the rustic twist of funky notes in the background!<\/p>\n

We proudly present our eighth beer from the WILD brand \u2013 Bi\u00e8re de Table, brewed in collaboration with Little Earth Project back in November 2019. Co-fermented with our own m\u00e9lange of wild yeast and Little earth\u2019s house strain, harvested from skins in apples from their own farm in Sudbury, UK<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
