Salamander Imperial Hazy IPA<\/h3>\n

We have combined the classic of craft beer revolution, Imperial American IPA, a light, strong and bitter beer with the latest trend in producing hazy but juicy beers.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Style<\/strong><\/p>\n

We have combined the classic of craft beer revolution, Imperial American IPA, a light, strong and bitter beer with the latest trend in producing hazy but juicy beers. What we have produced is hazy and aromatic beer with quite an unusual bitterness. It\u2019s got all that\u2019s best in beer!<\/p>\n

Malts\/extract: <\/strong><\/p>\n

As the name suggests Imperial Hazy IPA must be a strong beer. \u201cImperial\u201d always brings to mind high parameters. Our Imperial Hazy IPA is a perfect example. 19% extract proves that it is definitely a savoury beer. In spite of high initial extract, maltiness sets the background of the gigantic hoppiness. This is the reason why the grist consists of light malt only, the Pilsner malt, which allows the new-wave beers to show what they can do. Mashing in higher temperatures has retained haziness which also enhances the juiciness of this style.<\/p>\n

Hops:<\/strong><\/p>\n

By definition Imperial Hazy IPA is a style that needs to be filled with hops to the rim. Our brew is a perfect example! The hops are used to produce intense bitterness necessary to balance the beer\u2019s powerful nature. To use as much hops as possible to produce aroma, we have used bitter hop extract that releases the necessary intense bitterness.<\/p>\n

Huge amounts of hops have been used to produce the aroma:<\/p>\n

Eureka! \u2013 a typical citrus profile balanced with peach, pine, tangerine, blackcurrant aromas with a herbal finish<\/p>\n

Citra \u2013 a classic of the craft beer revolution with an extremely citrus aroma;<\/p>\n

Chinook \u2013 a hop variety to balance the bouquet with its grapefruit and pine aromas<\/p>\n
